I've had this CPAP for a few years and never had a problem removing the water reservoir. I've been receiving new reservoirs about every 6 months I think. I just received a new reservoir and it is REALLY hard to remove from the machine. When I look at the reservoir I don't visually see anything that looks different than my previous one. There is a number on the side that is different. The new one is JO200786 and the old one is JO000598. I don't know if these are serial numbers indicating individual units or model numbers that might indicate a difference in these reservoirs.

Has any had this happen before? Wondering if there is anything I can do or if I need to call the DME and ask for a replacement.
