Hi Guys,

I'm currently working on a list of potential workplace accommodations to provide to my company's HR Team that we can work through to see what they can and can't reasonably accommodate.

So far I've got:

- Set Desk / Working location (no hot desking).

- Noise cancelling headphones that work with desk phone.

- A minimal contact period / Focus period.

I'm sure there are more I'm not thinking of so I thought I'd make a post to get the community's suggestions.
