to those who have tried it did you stick on a strict schedule plan when taking the tablets or did anybody kind of skip out here and there because I've been taking them pretty inconsistently for the past couple days but yet my cravings have not been that strong I'm pretty sure two days ago I did not take any and it's still pretty easy for me to say no so nicotine... just curious if I should continue taking them as usual or get back to a strict schedule
