Oil below cylinders 7 and 8 on a 2017 5.3 suburban.

157k miles on vehicle. After messing around below the vehicle today I noticed some oil on the block below the heads on both sides. Manifold Gaskets got replaced 10 thousand miles ago but I don’t think oil can come out of your exhaust ports. Am I looking at a hefty bill or is it something as simple as valve cover gaskets? Looks to be wet above cylinder eight as well. No loss in coolant at all or oil that much. Oil pressure is good. No smoke out of exhaust either. Confirmed that. Changed oil two months ago and is still on full according to dipstick. Always had a tick since I bought it mid rpm and could never figure it out. Any advice would be appreciated thank you. Have a programmer and recently turned afm back on.
