Did you feel safe? Is the biggest threat pickpocketers or what other risks are there? I would just take a cheap phone with me and minimal cash during the day in that case, but are there any other dangers? Is Uber safe? I was thinking Cartagena and Medellin. Anyways, any advice or experiences?

At home my alarm has sleep music and I fall asleep to the ocean. I don't like ear plugs or buds but could try? Does anyone have some ideas for me.

Mine is Ireland. Whenever things are going rough in my life I just want to go back to the Emerald Isle. I have been twice and I am yearning to go back again.
I like to make my own plans and join group tours to make new friends. However, whenever I try to explain this to my family or coworkers I get the feeling they think I have no friends to go with. I try to tell myself not to care too much but sometimes it can be hard.
Any advice regarding dealing with these types of feelings are appreciated.

The last flight I took I drank a TON of water, probably atleast 3 litres over the span of 7-8 hours and still felt super dehydrated and just not good at all when I landed.
Are Liquid IV packets for water bottles a good thing to pack and drink on the plane? Does it help at all?
