My landlord evicted me from their flat in August of this year. She initially asked me to vacate a few months ago but I was able to extend. I was evicted on the grounds that she was going to sell the property. During my last few months the property was on the market and there were viewings to potential buyers. However after I left I stumbled across the property on spare room. Would I have a case for an RRO?

I also never received a formal notice. The eviction came via WhatsApp messages from the landlord
