Dining Halls
Working at the dining halls has really shown me how many of you, specifically freshmen, are so selfish. 1. When we go around saying that we close in 15 minutes, we literally mean that; it doesn't mean sit for another 15 minutes and then go get more food. 2. Please do not wait until 2:45 or after to leave, as it pushes the process back for restocking and wiping down ALL the tables by 3 pm. Having to wait for tables of 4-5 people who leave their whole meal on the tables to leave throws a wrench in the process. 3. Please stop leaving your dishes on the tables. It's a dining hall, not Chili's. Lastly, please dump your food in the big green trash can before putting it on the conveyor; it slows down the process of trying to clean the dishes once they make it to the Dishroom, as we are bombarded with plates full of food, especially during rushes.
