My son is 11 and has been playing baseball since tee ball. Last year at 10 in minors LL, batting clicked for him and he made allstars. He was the best batter on the team with a .500 batting average. This year his first year of majors, he started off top of the line up with a couple in the park home runs and a triple. Later this season, the last few games has been nothing but strikeouts. It’s very frustrating as a parent to watch your kid go from 1st in the lineup to 6th. I’ve tried everything, wiffle ball soft toss, batting cages, live balls at the field. He is struggling with batting now. I don’t understand why. He is getting really down on himself. Could it be his eyesight? What causes a slump like this? Help!!
