I just made a new account and listed some items. Multiple people have tried to buy from me but they're all getting a "purchase failed" message on every single item.
I contacted Vinted support and they told me I need to complete identity verification before purchases can go through but from what I've heard from friends and seen online, ID verification usually only kicks in when you want to withdraw money from your balance, not before you've even made a single sale. This shit is really pissing me off, ive been banned on 2 accounts over the past 2 years and never had this problem. I reset my phone to factory, changed SIM card, made a new account to avoid more bans but it seems like vinted are on my dick with this ID verification. Anyone know how to bypass this issue?
