hi i’m an incoming freshman and while i am excited i have just been spiraling about the social scene at penn lol

my family probably falls closer to the upper middle class side, but they are already financially constrained paying for tuition without a retirement plan that i don’t want to pressure them further with other expenses throughout the school year

i was wondering how the social scene is at penn if you don’t have too much to spend socializing and if you tend to get isolated if you don’t go out that often?
