Getting out of a franchise agreement
I made the mistake of signing up for a Franchise several years ago. It was an expensive start up and not my only business. I need to unwind the franchise part and get out of it so that someone will buy it.
There is no buy-out clause amount listed in my FDD and I am looking for any attorney recommendations to help me get out of it.
