Did your Hers GLP-1 semaglutide stop working after switching to Red Rock Pharmacy?

I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this.

I started semaglutide through Hers in March 2025 and stayed on it through October 2025. During that time, it worked exactly as expected. My appetite decreased significantly, and I had great results.

I stopped for about three months and restarted in January 2026. Within the first month, I noticed something was different. The appetite suppression I had experienced before was basically gone. I reached out to Hers and was told to count calories, but I explained that I had already been on semaglutide for months and knew how my body responded to it.

I continued raising concerns because it simply did not feel like the same medication experience.

What caught my attention was that the pharmacy had changed. My original shipments came in Hers-branded packaging with three vials and packaged supplies. The newer shipments came from Red Rock Pharmacy in Utah, arrived in a silver refrigerated bag, contained two vials, and the needles weren't packaged the same way.

What's even stranger is that my husband had almost the exact same experience. He was on the same timeline as me, successful results before, stopped for a few months, restarted with the new pharmacy, and also felt like the medication wasn't working.

Between the two of us, we've spent over $8,000 on this program.

I'm not claiming anything improper happened, but I'm curious:

  • Has anyone else noticed a difference after being switched to Red Rock Pharmacy?
  • Did anyone experience a loss of appetite suppression after restarting?
  • Were you told to simply count calories when you reported concerns?

Just trying to figure out whether we're the only two people who experienced this or if others noticed similar changes.
