Best way to correct zones?
I logged a 10 mile run yesterday, and Garmin shows I spent an hour in zone 5, which just doesn't seem right. It was challenging but not that challenging, so I'm assuming my zones are way off. What's the best way to correct my HR zones? Should I just get an HRM to get more accurate readings?
