hi all, me again…
So I use a philips dreamwear full face sleep mask. It sits on the corners of my mouth and leaves horrible marks across my whole face. I feel like it shouldn’t sit on the corners of my mouth. It also is giving me a terrible cut on my nose. I think I need a bigger mask, insurance disagrees… thoughts???? pic attached

So the other night I was nauseous and almost puked, so I took my mask off after 2 hours so I could sleep without the fear of puking in the mask. I got in trouble for that btw, I think that’s dumb. but beyond the point- (I use a full face mask)
Would it be unsafe if I start taking medication that knocks me out to force myself to sleep longer than 1-2hrs with this cpap on? i’m on day 4 and I hate it. If I was able to keep myself a sleep, this wouldn’t be a problem.
I want a different mask but my dr told me I need to use this one for 2 weeks. How is that fair?
please help me. I want the help. I want to do this. I want to like this machine. I want to not die by simply sleeping.
