I recently got an echo mini and I tried to put an SD card in it, but anytime I try to format it within the echo mini it only shows 7/7 GB. The SD card is a new 128GB sandisk . I try to format it twice, but it still 7/7GB. Ive formatted it in exfat and fat32, but I still run into the same problems. Do y'all have any suggestions of how to fix it or should I try a different card or try to get a replacement for the echo mini?

Edit: I've also upgraded to the latest firmware and I have tried older versions too. No success sadly :(. I never upgraded firmware with the SD card inside the echo mini either.
