Why is he doing this?? He was like this for almost 2 days and now is just out again and fine. He had adhered to the plastic siding with almost like a casing of some sort??

Not sure if this is the right subreddit for this, but I need advice lol. I bought these isopods and they had mites in the moss, which have now started to overrun their enclosure. Questions are I guess what type of mites are these? And how can I get rid of them without harming my isopods? Or are they non problematic?
