Unable to apply to a new IDR application
Hello, I had unenrolled in school last month and I did exit counseling and all steps necessary, when clicking the plan I did the income based plan and everything was able to be confirmed. Then I got the confirmation saying complete and I need to apply to the IDR through an application but it is not letting me do it and states I am ineligible “You do not have any eligible loans. Based on the data we received from the National Student Loan Database System (NSLDS), you cannot complete the IDR Plan Request using StudentAid.gov” I’m not sure why it says my loans are not eligible as it is all subsidize or unsubsidized loans. Please help if anybody knows why it won’t let me or how I’m able too fix this because I can’t afford any other option and I am freaking out. Thank you all. (Sorry for the long post)
