Just started Alien. Ridley Scott gets credited twice, but unless I'm mistaken the only film he did before, the Duelists was a critical but not a commercial success. Did he just have pull? Is there some weird union/contract thing? A side note: what a stacked cast. Pretty much everybody in it went on to be a star
