Need help deciding my major.

Okay, I'm 18 and am at a community college majoring in programming (2nd semester), and was going to transfer to a university to get a BS in Software engineering. I decided on programming because i took information technologies at votech in high school. After constantly hearing about A.I. taking more and more tech jobs I'm worried about my future job security. Also ive only ever heard bad things about the job market for Software Engineers. My community college offers "Physics and Engineering, Transfer Pathway, AST" (they have more engineering programs but i like this one the best). Ive heard that all engineering students are swamped with nothing but studying and work there whole school life but ive also heard that they have the least about of regret regarding their majors, have some pretty good job security, and an overall good salary. I like math and enjoy physics. But what jobs could this get me and should i even try to change my major?
