I’m us citizen, residing in foreign country admitted to Penn state UP for fall 2026.
Today is NSO reservation deadline. Is it compulsory?
If yes then I’ll be not able to come USA until August and on website it shows till July only. What should I do?

As an incoming international student in Penn state UP for fall 2026, there are many accounts in social media for various universities, Penn state has got class 2030 but I see no international student while other universities have many. Do Penn state really have international students???
