No shade no drama just venting me

So hey guys. I’m a beginner writer (in my 20s) and I’m working on my debut novel. I never thought I’d even have a story to tell, but somehow I’ve managed to find a great story (aside from my poor execution lol). I never wanted to write but this story doesn’t want to leave me—like at all. So I will.
However, I have a few gripes about this.
Firstly since I’m an inexperienced writer, I feed off of constant feedback on my work. The issue lies in the fact that this sub doesn’t really respond to me for some reason. I’ve tried posting multiple times but my work is overlooked. I’m well aware that I should not be entitled to you guys reading my work because it helps us more than you, but it’s hard because I really need fast and consistent feedback. I don’t enjoy asking AI because it’s not a person it knows nothing about art. And since I’m not really a purple prose kinda person it’s even more difficult because I care about the actual story itself and how it comes across.

And don’t take this the wrong way y’all. I know you guys are notoriously strict on here and that’s warranted. I’m not saying you guys are awful or anything.

I say all this to ask for advice from experienced writers:
What do I do? Should I complete my entire draft(the whole book) then edit and post a first chapter? Or do I just write and edit myself and self-publish ? Or what do I do? Especially

since I need feedback like a fish needs water.
