I'm a new player and I already completed a game and now I'm wondering about the custom nation feature. It sounds cool but to me it would be kinda boring if you couldn't keep making some non gameplay affecting changes like changing the name, flag, color and stuff like that, mainly for rp and story building. I tried looking it up but couldn't find and answer
