Legs day - is this enough
Hey guys what do you think of this leg day? I 30F) have back issues and so limited with what i do as to not aggravate.
I do 3 sets of 12 per exercise
Leg extension machine
Leg curl machine
Hip thrusts machine
Walking lunges
Standing calf machine
At time i add in goblet squats using a dumbell.
