Planning a new Plat Runthrough, tell me what you think of my team
The final team so far-
Torterra- Honestly, this group of starters are my favorite, they’re all great. It’s always a coin toss which one I choose, but on my last Platinum playthrough, I went with Empoleon, and when I got Shining Pearl I chose Infernape. Figured it was time for Turtwig to get a turntwig.
Drifblim- Using Starly up until I get this floaty boi. There’s always something funny about laying waste to my enemies with a hot air balloon.
Lumineon- Not kidding. I know it sucks competitively, but I’m curious how this one functions in PVE. Everyone always calls it one of the gen’s worst mons, but looking at movepools and tutors, it seems it can actually get decent coverage. I figure it should be fine in a casual setting.
Bronzong- Never used him before, but I heard it can be good. Although, still not sure if I want to drop my fire weakness or my ground weakness.
Toxicroak- I will call him “Evil Sprig”, and he will stab everyone.
Weavile- Look, I know it’s the meta pick, be it casual or competitive, but I can’t help it. It’s one of my favorite Pokemon- hell, both the Sneasel sisters were my favorites till recently, when Tinkaton came along and dethroned them. Ya just can’t shame me outta this one.
