How does it look? What should I change? Picture of recipe also attached.
- 500g Kirkland AP
- 325 water
- 75g starter
- 10g fine sea salt
- 3 sets of stretch & folds
- temp around 75 degree F
- proofed for 7.5 hours
- baked in Dutch oven for 20 min at 475
- taken out of Dutch over for 15 min
- cooled 2 hours
