Hi everyone,

I'm looking for feedback from anyone who has purchased in Azizi Abraham or other recent Azizi projects in Jebel Ali.

My situation:

• Project: Azizi Abraham
• Unit: Studio
• SPA signed: 15 August 2025
• Amount paid: Approximately 24% of the purchase price
• DLD fee: Fully paid
• Handover stated in SPA: December 2027
• Oqood: Not issued
• Interim Registration Number: Not received

I have been following up with Azizi for several months. The response I received was that registrations are taking longer due to the volume of projects and customers, but no specific timeline has been provided.

What concerns me is:

• Nearly 10 months have passed since signing the SPA.
• Oqood has still not been issued.
• I cannot find clear project information in the DLD project database I checked.
• Construction activity appears minimal or not yet started.
• My next installment is due on 3 July 2026.

I have now submitted an inquiry to DLD requesting clarification on:

• Project registration status
• Oqood status
• Escrow account status
• Construction progress

My questions for other buyers:

1. Has anyone in Azizi Abraham received Oqood or an Interim Registration Number?
2. Has anyone contacted DLD and received a response?
3. Is it normal to wait this long for Oqood after SPA signing and payment of DLD fees?
4. Are other buyers continuing to make installments while Oqood remains pending?
5. Has construction started according to any official update you have received?

I'm not trying to make accusations against the developer. I'm simply trying to understand whether other buyers are experiencing the same situation and what steps they are taking.

Any information or experience would be appreciated.
