So I'm 16 and i have my GCSE Exams commencing on the 12th of May, so i won't really have time for much apart from studying and focusing on my exams. I was wondering that if i managed to find some time for the gym (on the weekends, training one upper day and one lower day) over which i train every muscle group - is it possible to maintain my gains (I've been going to the gym for a few months now so I still have the 'newbie gains'). Dare I ask if it's possible to still be progressing with this frequency? The exams will last from the 12th May to the 15th June, so about a month.
