I hate west jet
I am an avid traveller- and have flown WestJet a lot, and I am truly baffled by how shitty they have gotten. $30 to phone to book your flight? Or the “complementary” bassinet for parents flying with an infant, it’s not so “complementary” when you need to pay $200 (one way) to select your seat to be in that row. Or the fact you can’t bring a carry on, then you have a WestJet employee yelling at you that your “personal item” won’t fit in the display. So she try’s to check my small bag- and I explain I need my bag bc my breast pumps are in it and also batteries are not allowed to be checked. Then she starts questioning me about where my baby is, so now I’m in tears bc it’s my first time leaving my baby which was hard enough without someone demanding to know where your baby is. This company has ruined travel for me, I will literally fly with anyone else.
