Final Exam Prep Advice

I’m currently in Week 11 and my statistics final exam is in Week 15. The exam covers Week 1–13 content, and I’m starting to feel really overwhelmed because we’re moving towards the end of the semester and other assignments are also starting to pile up.

I don’t want to cram everything last minute, but I’m also struggling to figure out how to balance uni, assignments, weekly content, and exam revision while still getting proper sleep. I know I don’t perform well when I’m sleep-deprived, so I’m trying to build a realistic routine instead of pushing myself too hard and burning out.

For people who have been in this situation, how would you structure your study routine from Week 11 to Week 15?

How do you balance

* keeping up with current weekly content,

* working on assignments,

* revising older statistics topics,

* doing practice questions,

* and maintaining a proper sleep schedule?

Would it be better to study stats a little bit every day, or have longer dedicated study blocks a few times a week?

Any advice on how to stay consistent without burning out would be really appreciated.

Efficient Study Tips

I have an exam on the 16th of May and honestly I haven’t been actively studying for it until now 😭 The good thing is the content only covers Weeks 1–5 and I don’t think it’s too difficult, but I’m still feeling behind.

For people who’ve been in this situation before, any tips on how to catch up efficiently without burning out? Especially for psych courses/exams where there’s a lot of theory and studies to remember.
