Hi guys, I ordered a bracelet from Soko Jewelry which seemed legit but they haven't shipped anything in over 8 days. They didn't reply to my email and the automatic chat bot said they were experiencing a "challenge" and that was it.... has anyone had a similar experience? Idk what to do... I am not even sure I could get a refund
