Asking for advice on advancing research project for ISEF :)
Hey guys! I'm wondering if any kind soul could give me tips or advice for continuing a research project I'm planning to compete with for the 2026-2027 science fair season.
This spring semester, I worked on a 5-month-long astronomy/cosmology-based project for my freshman research class (if you want the exact details + research paper I did for this project, DM me). I really enjoyed working on this project, but I want to expand on it and do more with it.
Next school year, I will be a sophomore, and I am planning to do further research and compete in a science fair. I'm pretty confident I have a head start with the knowledge I've gathered from this project. But I would greatly appreciate any advice or tips from an ISEF finalist or really anyone who has participated in a science fair.
