Hey guys I’m a student at Belgian university KUL and I really really want to join MUN society Belgium (msb), but I’ve heard that it’s near impossible to join, I have to write a paper on my motivation, then they pick about 20 people (out of hundreds who are applying), and then they will simulate a mun conference (each of us 20 is assigned a country), if I’m the best public speaker, only then will I be selected.

My question is, does anyone have any tips on how to sharpen my public speaking skills, the kind of person msb might be looking for, how to carry myself etc..
