A genie appears and offers you the following deal: You must assign each continent one of these 7 effects:

1. Increase the average IQ by 45 points
2. Remove 70% of all sicknesses/diseases and grant strong natural immunity to the remaining ones to the general population
3. Increase births and general fertility by x7
4. Completely remove the human population (fauna and flora remain)
5. Double the average life expectancy.
6. Significantly increase the physical beauty of the population (height, weight, facial features, body proportions...)
7. Leave completely untouched

Continents:
Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Antarctica, Australia/Oceania
The changes are PERMANENT and each continent receives ONE only. If you opt out the genie will smite you.

You can either give the best overall long time effect or maximize chaos (worst possible scenario for the whole world)
