I'm just looking for some clarification that we're on the right track here. My common law partner ( 1 year living together) is a citizen and I'm on the PGWP open work permit which expires in 2028.

Should we be applying for the Outland spousal sponsorship soon, and is this the quickest route to PR?

Once this process is done, would I then apply for the Spousal Open Work Permit and continue working until I receive my PR?

Is this a pretty straightforward path that we could apply to on our own?
