Hey fellas, I know this is the mobile game community but can’t find the console equivalent.

When I press down on the D pad, it just brings me to the quest tab. So I’m unable to upgrade my hero’s. Ive deleted and re downloaded, restarted my PS5, not sure what else to do.

Anyone else experiencing this bug and know how to fix it?
