Thank you for dealing with the stupid people (me).
Checking in this past week at fll Ft. Lauderdale. A little flustered as usual for this not so frequent flyer. Arrived at security with large bottle of water. proceed to pour in water fountain so i can recycle properly. Walk through queue with head down looking for my ID and of course i'm in the wrong line. Nicest TSA agent says it happens everyday and directs me around the rope to proceed to scanning after letting me and my husband go through incorrectly. There was a max of like 3 people in any line so not like i'm skipping a bunch of people. He was so nice and I'm stupid (not trying to skip ahead). Just wanted to share the positive.
