Hey yall,

I was wondering what you guys think about AI taking PM or Project Coordinator positions. I work as a contractor in a hospital and my position is IT project coordinator. I used to think that AI will take our jobs but honestly I feel like its the opposite. Yes AI has caused a lot of positions to be removed but at the same time I feel like managers and recruiters are looking for folks who know how to AI properly and effectively.

In terms of certs, PMP and all the other major certifications are still in demand and get you interviews at least. Now the new PMP is coming out which has a dedicated section on AI. I guess that will be a game changer .

Experienced PMs and PCs please let me know your thoughts and concerns???
