Hey guys I plan on moving to NYC from Connecticut in the fall. I’m 19 run a successful wholesale real estate business digitally make great money and scaling each month. I’m looking at neighborhoods like fidi, Hell’s Kitchen, dumbo, and soho area open to any suggestions. I’m looking for a high rise 3 bedroom plus with great views. I’m not big into going out that much or anything but enjoy a nice dinner good company, shopping things like that. So just trying to match that vibe. Ideally somewhere I can build a nice home base for during the week and then exploring the city on weekends.
