How to go about dealing with a lazy student ???
I currently have a student right now, who does not really like to do much. I have never asked my students to clean up the room, or do busy work, but I have asked students to start off with screening patients. Get the safety part of our job down. And then once I see that they’re able to do that then I would typically start teaching them how to scan. However, one of my students I asked her if she would feel comfortable speaking to patients more than twice and she told me every time that she wasn’t comfortable yet, so I said OK and respected it. But her school is asking for a performance review, and I have not done hers yet because she hasn’t been doing anything. My other students have all been so willing to learn, willing to help with anything. Except for this one. How should I go about this,,?
