First time I do a 2nd round interview, what to expect?
Hi everyone, I have a 2nd/last round interview in a few days for a position within a study abroad office at a well regarded institution but it’s the first time I do a second interview so I’m not sure what to expect. I have worked in study abroad before but I was never interviewed since they were roles at my university or partner institutions.
What kind of questions are usually asked during 2nd rounds?
Or perhaps what is the main purpose of the 2nd round interview in comparison to the first one?
I’m notoriously bad at interviews but really want this position so I’m trying to prepare as much as I can
