What are good non-tech or semi-tech Master’s options in Germany for a BTech CSE student who wants to leave coding?

my_qualifications:

7.5 cgpa from tier 2 college in India

I’m seriously considering changing my career direction away from coding/software engineering. I realized during my degree that while I can manage coding academically, I’m not genuinely passionate about software development and I don’t see myself enjoying a pure tech job long term.

Because of that, I’m exploring Master’s options in Germany, mainly because public universities are affordable and I’m interested in building a career there eventually. I’m currently learning German as well.

Right now I’m still preparing for placements as a backup in case there are delays with admissions/visa, but ideally I want to move into a non-tech or semi-tech field.

The areas I’m considering are:

  • Management / International Management
  • Business Analytics
  • Technology Management

I’m okay with light technical work, analytics, tools, etc., but I don’t want a hardcore coding-heavy career anymore.

A few concerns/questions I have:

  • Is switching from CSE to management/business-related master’s in Germany realistic?
  • How difficult is it to get admitted with a 7.5 CGPA and without strong internships?
  • Would Business Analytics still become too technical/coding-heavy?
  • Is it better to work 1–2 years first before applying?
  • Are there better fields I should explore based on my situation?

Would really appreciate honest advice.
