Help required regarding immediate next steps after incorporation
Hey guys, we recently incorporated our start up as Pvt Ltd company - now wondering on how generally start ups navigate through compliance, legal and CA related stuff ? Do you generally have three individual teams/third party companies you have a package on yearly basis or all three clubbed into one and as a single package ? For us as we registered our company with Bizfoc as our incorporation partner , we went their yearly compliance package as well but later came to know that for any CA signed doc required they are charging extra for each, similarly for lawyer related issues as well they are asking to pay separately - package we paid is 20k per year that includes startup registration, gst and compliance.
I want your suggestions on any company you suggest for these kinds of issues or how you generally navigate these through?
Note : I'm a first time founder, hence not much idea about all these hiccups.
