Hysterectomy and ovary pain

I’m 39 and had a hysterectomy with one ovary removed in 3/2025. I continue to have pain. I have done PT and it didn’t do much with pelvic pain but helped my back. I just went to the doctor. She ordered an ultrasound. That’s next Friday to check my one ovary and if there is a cyst. The surgeon felt that she got everything and felt good about the surgery but mentioned my pain could be healing and/or microscopic endo. The current doctor suggested first to try Slynd again. I was on Slynd prior and it didn’t do anything for my pain. But she thinks since I don’t have a uterus I could respond differently. She suggested PT again. Otherwise she suggested surgery again but told me if they go in again, they’d take my last ovary due to my pain. I don’t know if I’m ready to be in Menopause. I have a friend who had everything removed and loved it. My pain is nothing crazy on a daily basis, like 3/4 typical. 1 or 2 on a really good day and on a bad day it can be up to an 8. I have nerve pain on occasion. Otherwise it’s a dull pain across my pelvis and at times I feel a poking or stabbing pain where my ovary used to be (ovary was covered in endo and had chocolate cysts) and now in my right ovary (typically didn’t have pain). When the doctor did a pelvic exam it was very painful by my ovary. Any other suggestions or opinions from those that had something similar? Anybody had a full hysterectomy and have thoughts? Thanks much!

Edit: I forgot to add about the pain. Although not super painful, it’s very tiring to have some sort of pain daily. I am exhausted and need a nap almost daily and my mind has a hard time focusing. It’s unknown if it’s pain related or something else. I have bad GERD on top of this.
