Job search post PhD
This is a small Sankey diagram of my job search in Belgium as a belgian national after my PhD (biotechnology). It took me in total 4 month of applying and interviewing to secure a job. I wanted to transition to computer science and final got what i wanted in the end, but i feel like this is not normal for it to take this long. What are your experiences so far?
