I tried to factory reset my laptop and I kept getting windows reset error. Usually it would error go back to my windows and turn on, but now it’s just stuck at this screen and keeps going black and coming back on the same screen.

The reason I tried to reset it was because it was crashing a lot. And every time I will try to play Xbox app it would turn off and restart.
