bad is that no logs entry visible in OneTrace, it looks like this:

solution is to delete the folder from registry TemporaryFilesPath
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\ConfigMgrSupportCenter\CMLogViewer

for me deleting this folder helped:
C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\ConfigMgrSupportCenter\CMLogViewer\Temp
