hey all i am looking to relocate from florida to Chicago starting in july. i’m looking for a studio that’s around $1000 or less. i’d be willing to have a roommate as well but only one. i am a 25year old black trans man so no maga and i am 420 friendly. i have no pets and i would require a video tour before signing anything. it doesn’t need to be anything fancy no pests and a decent kitchen would be nice. looking to be in the hyde park, bronzeville, or englewood area any help is appreciated as i need to get out of my current living situation. if i am missing any relevant info lmk and i will add it.
