Wrist pain after manual injury – help me make sense of this X-ray?

Hey everyone, 39 years old, female here. I managed to mess up my wrist recently during some manual work/heavy lifting and the pain hasn't let up. Just got my left wrist X-ray results back but the medical lingo is a bit over my head.
Can anyone help me read what this actually means?

I’m planning to see my doctor later this week, but I’m just trying to figure out if I’m looking at a simple sprain, a fracture, or something else in the meantime. Any insight is appreciated! Thanks!
