Recent diagnosis then found out I was pregnant a week later.

Sorry this is a long one. As the title says. I was diagnosed with adenomyosis and a week later got pregnant (obviously didn't find out until last Friday I was actually pregnant but based on the starting of my last period it was literally a week later after diagnosis) we tried for over 3 years and assumed it was just not going to happen. I'm only 32 and when my dr mentioned surgical options I cried thinking my baby making days were over. Well I was sorely mistaken lol.

I'm looking for experiences with pregnancy and adeno. I had an appointment yesterday to get my blood work and referral for my first ultrasound and the dr reassured me not to stress out as many people have normal pregnancies with this diagnosis. The issue is I was given a diagnosis so recently I haven't even spoken to the actual dr about it (the dr I saw yesterday was not my regular he is on vacation). So I did what you aren't supposed to do and googled the sh*t out of what exactly adenomyosis is. Words like "miscarriage" "preterm labor" and "low birth weight" have me freaking out. I haven't been pregnant in 12 years. I had my son when I was 20 so it's like starting over. What have everyone's experiences been who have had a baby with adeno? Was your baby healthy? Were you put on bed rest? Did you make it to your due date? Natural birth or c-section? Thank you in advance for sharing your stories ❤️
