How do you get real feedback from your users?

I’ve been emailing users/subscribers asking for feedback, but almost no one replies.

Because of that, I sometimes feel like I’m building blindly adding features based on assumptions instead of real user needs.

What has worked for you?

Emails, calls, in-app messages, surveys, communities, something else?

Would love to hear how other founders handle this.

Hey everyone! I'm looking for someone to practice English speaking with regularly conversations, pronunciation, fluency, whatever we both need to work on. We can practice through voice calls on Discord, which makes it easy and comfortable!

I'll be honest: I've had a few experiences where we'd agree on a time, and then... nothing. The person just disappeared. It's a little discouraging, so I'm specifically looking for someone who's genuinely committed and will actually show up when we say we will.

A bit about me:

  • My level: B1 (Intermediate)
  • Availability: Saturdays at 9:00 PM (UTC+5:30)
  • Goal: Improve fluency and confidence in spoken English

If you're serious about improving your speaking and want a consistent practice partner, drop a comment or DM me and I'll share my Discord.
